Honest reviews of the tech that tracks your health
Wearables promise a lot. We check what the specs actually say, what real owners report, and what the marketing quietly leaves out — then tell you plainly whether it's worth your money.
Hume Band 2.0 Review
A screenless longevity wearable that tracks heart rate, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature and a blood-pressure trend — with no monthly subscription required to see your own data. We break down the real pricing, the three separate warranty layers most reviews get wrong, and how it compares to Whoop and Oura.

We read the spec sheet, not the ad
Every claim we publish is traced back to the manufacturer's own product page or documentation. When a brand states a figure it hasn't backed up publicly, we say so instead of repeating it as fact.
We look at what owners report
Marketing shows the best case. We look at aggregate owner feedback and independent testers to find the patterns that repeat — the things you'd only discover in week three.
We say who pays us
Some links on this site are affiliate links, and we earn a commission when you buy through them at no extra cost to you. It's disclosed on every page, and it never changes what we write.
